People plan

Through a 2-day diagnostic, I’ll help you identify the skills and capabilities you need to deliver your strategy and devise a plan to support it.

Portfolio HR Director support

You may choose to take the plan and deliver on it with the resources you have internally, or I can help and support you deliver the plan, usually on a one day or two day per week basis. I can also check that you have everything in place; contracts, policies, and procedures to ensure that the people risks are effectively managed.
